Hi, I’m Frédérique Thiébaut!
And I’ve lived the ‘successful’ life society encourages us to aim for. I’ve got two master's in Law and HR management, and I’ve worked in HR for 16 years within a diverse set of industries – from financial services, to pharmaceuticals to entertainment!
I’ve been married and I have a child. I did everything I was ‘supposed to do’ to have a successful life.
But then life did what it does best… the unexpected.
In came several painful losses and divorce. I started my spiritual journey and realised, none of what I’d acquired was enough.
What became clear was the importance of a balanced life – of living my truth and honouring myself, including the feminine energy society never encouraged me to explore.
I started living my life OUT of total masculine mode and, let me tell you, the difference was night and day.
Only focusing on society’s version of success didn’t lead to fulfillment, but living a softer and spiritual life full of purpose did. I felt rejuvenated, whole and completely content.
